I was so impressed with
Mental Keys to Improve
Your Golf that
I decided to feature this terrific book on our site...I didn't want
any of our visitors to miss the opportunity to check it out.
I've read most of the books relating to the mental side of the game,
starting nearly 20 years ago with Tim Galway's seminal The Inner
Game of Golf up to Bob Rotella's recent work. But, Michael Anthony employs
a different approach in
Mental Keys to Improve Your Golf.
From the
title I expected a book that focused on memory aids or the usual
"visualize the shot." Sure, those are there, but Mike's book
is much, much more. He introduces you to a whole new way of
thinking. His book is more "golf as life" than how
to succeed at golf. He brings home the true meaning of the
oft-spoken phrase, "golf is a metaphor for life."
In easy
to understand concepts bolstered by diagrams, you will learn how
your mind processes information. More importantly, you will
understand why
and how to change the emotional and mental patterns that are costing
you strokes and holding you back.
